Delivery Times

Our standard delivery times are between 8 and 12 weeks from the receipt of your order.
If you require a more precise delivery date or an express option, please contact us in advance so we can review your request.

Spare parts and accessories are usually delivered much faster – within 5 to 10 business days.

Prices

All prices are in Swiss Francs (CHF) and exclude VAT.
Delivery to the ramp of your warehouse or site is included in the price.
We offer free delivery within Switzerland.

Special Deliveries

If you require delivery to upper floors (e.g. first floor), please let us know in advance.
We’ll be happy to provide you with an individual quote for this additional service.
