Im aufstrebenden Foodtech-Cluster – Heimat von Givaudan, Bühler, Planted und vielen weiteren – bietet das House of Lab Science ab 2025 modernste Labor- und Kollaborationsflächen für Foodtech- und Biotech-Innovatoren. Die Köttermann AG realisierte dabei gemeinsam mit dem GU, dem Bauherrn und dem Mieter auf zwei Stockwerken hochmoderne Laborräume, die als Co-Working- und Lab-as-a-Service-Flächen genutzt werden können.
Siegfried R&D Center Evionnaz Siegfried 2024
Siegfried, a leading global company in the field of Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization (CDMO) for the pharmaceutical industry, headquartered in Zofingen, has inaugurated its new global research and development center for active ingredients at its site in Evionnaz. The 4,500 m² R&D center includes advanced chemical and analytical facilities, state-of-the-art laboratories, and cutting-edge technologies such as flow chemistry, advanced distillation, and process analytical technologies, as well as new office spaces.

Empa Research Campus in Dübendorf
The new laboratory building at Empa will be developed into a modern, multifunctional research campus with approximately 60 new laboratory and office spaces. Implenia, as the general contractor, is constructing the entire building and is coordinating and overseeing the interior fit-out of the laboratory spaces. The challenge of this project lies in the flexibility of the space design. The entire infrastructure of the laboratory setup needs to be quickly and easily modified and expanded. Since Köttermann's laboratory furniture is made of steel, a collaboration with Implenia and Empa is ideal. As a long-standing supplier, we understand the needs of the client and can retrofit and move laboratory furniture flexibly even after many years.

CHT Switzerland is an international group specializing in specialty chemicals, with a laboratory located in Montlingen, St. Gallen. For over 65 years, CHT has provided numerous industries and markets with innovative and high-quality specialty chemicals, chemical auxiliaries, and additives, as well as excellent services. In the new laboratory in Montlingen, a new Köttermann laboratory setup was installed. Durability and quality were essential, and the fume hoods and safety cabinets needed to blend harmoniously into the new environment. The bright and transparent design facilitates daily work.

Zweifel Pomy-Chips AG is a long-established family business based in Spreitenbach, producing Pom Chips for Switzerland since the 1950s. In the course of a new construction project, Köttermann Switzerland was entrusted with planning and implementing a new laboratory for Zweifel. In the food industry, steel is a significant advantage due to its ease of cleaning, hygienic properties, and resistance to liquid absorption. It provides everything needed to develop fresh and innovative treats. In addition to the new laboratory construction, Zweifel Chips also relies on Köttermann Switzerland for the maintenance and service of fume hoods and laboratory canopies.

Innerhalb kürzester Zeit wurden die Laborräume in Winterthur realisiert. Besonders die offene und transparente Gestaltung der Schulungsräume – dank der vertikalen Medienaufbausysteme von Köttermann – überzeugte die Architekten auf Anhieb.
